Registration is now open for the 2026 Tree Planting Competition

The event will be held, rain or shine, on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10am to 12pm. Each team can have up to 11 people (maximum including one captain) to properly plant 100 trees in the shortest amount of time. The event is open to all experience levels and is age appropriate for teens and older. Lunch will be provided!

• Awards will go to the top 3 fastest teams!

• Registration is free. Teams will need to register by Friday, February 27, 2026.

• WHEN: Saturday, March 7, 2026, 10am to 12pm

• WHERE: Holderrieth Stormwater Detention Basin, one-half mile west of Holderrieth Rd and SH249 in Tomball, Texas.
